About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Support Intern who’s excited to learn how tech, support, and product teams work together to solve real problems. In this role, you won’t be speaking directly to customers—but you will be a key player behind the scenes, helping the team investigate issues, organize knowledge, and collaborate with Engineering to make our app better every day. If you're curious, detail-oriented, and love figuring out how things work (and break), this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of tech and operations.
What You'll Do
- Support the Technical Support team in investigating escalated issues from our customer support agents
- Help test bug fixes and product updates before they go live
- Reproduce and document technical problems to help Engineering understand root causes
- Keep internal documentation clear, organized, and up to date
- Help analyze ticket trends and spot recurring pain points
- Assist with creating workflows that help Support work more efficiently
- Learn how a fast-paced tech company operates across support, engineering, and product
- Contribute to a team that values curiosity, ownership, and impact
What You'll Need
- Eagerness to learn
- Clear communication skills (especially in writing)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Comfort using or learning tools like Freshdesk, Postman, or similar
- Basic understanding of how web/mobile apps work (bonus if you've dabbled in code, but not required!)
- Patience and persistence when working through ambiguous or tricky issues
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- A team-player attitude, with a willingness to help out wherever needed
