As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our team by identifying and hiring top-tier talent across various functions. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and create a seamless and engaging hiring experience. Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and strategize on recruitment approaches.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure an efficient hiring workflow.
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
Champion our employer brand by crafting compelling job postings, engaging with candidates, and leveraging social media platforms.
Use data-driven insights to improve hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the overall recruitment strategy.
Provide an exceptional experience for candidates, from application to onboarding.
Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing candidates.
Proactive and resourceful with a knack for finding and engaging top talent.
Excellent stakeholder management skills; experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
Ability to thrive in an agile and dynamic work environment, handling multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment.
Passion for building teams and creating an amazing candidate experience.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Freshteams).
A growth mindset and a willingness to experiment and iterate on hiring strategies.
