About The Role 

CRM is becoming a strategic growth driver at Thndr — and as a CRM Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience shaping how we engage with users across their journey. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the design and execution of CRM campaigns that drive real business impact.

What You'll Do

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Support
    •    Work with teams across Growth, Product, and Design to support campaign planning and execution
    •    Help keep projects on track by coordinating timelines and collecting needed inputs

Analytical Thinking & Insights
    •    Learn how to use data to evaluate user behavior and campaign performance
    •    Support the team in pulling reports and identifying opportunities to improve results

Creativity & Growth Experiments
    •    Contribute creative ideas for how to engage new and existing users
    •    Support in brainstorming, drafting, and iterating on CRM content and messaging

Testing & Process Thinking
    •    Assist in setting up A/B tests and tracking their outcomes
    •    Help document processes and learn how to structure scalable CRM operations

What You'll Need 

    •    A curious mindset and genuine interest in marketing, product, or user growth
    •    Strong communication and organizational skills
    •    Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (bonus if you’ve worked with data or analytics tools)
    •    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
    •    A team player who’s proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback
    •    Background in business, marketing, economics, data, or a related field is a plus — but not required
