About The Role
As a CX Excellence Intern, you’ll be part of the team responsible for maintaining and elevating Thndr’s customer experience quality across all support channels. You’ll support initiatives that enhance our Help Center content, chatbot accuracy, and internal training programs. This is a unique opportunity to learn how world-class customer experience teams operate in a high-growth fintech environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user surveys and interviews to gather actionable insights.
- Evaluate and edit FAQ articles to ensure accuracy, readability, and tone consistency.
- Test and review chatbot flows, flagging gaps and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, ops) to improve CX content and feedback loops.
- Help track and report content quality and usability metrics
What You'll Need
- You're a senior student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, or any related field
- Strong written and verbal communication (English & Arabic)
- Attention to detail and ability to think from a user’s perspective
- Familiarity with WordPress, customer support or UX is a plus
- Comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
- A proactive go-getter with a curious mindset and a desire to learn how tech companies scale Customer Experience teams
